Sehr gut gelegen. Aufzug vorhanden, sauber, 500m bis zum Bahnhof. Läden und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Appartement très agréable. À 10min à pieds de la gare de la Spezia. Parfait pour visières les 5 terres. Proprietaire parlant français très sympathique. Un bonus pour la terrasse très agréable !

The property is wonderful! It is well taken care of and very clean. It also has a fantastic location!

We could have used more pillows but that is nothing compared to how how great everything else was!

Nicely furnished, central location

The street outside was very noisy, hard to sleep. A process to get over to the cinque terra, especially with our kids, wish we had stayed in Monterosso al Mare.

Beide slaapkamers een eigen airconditioning, goed geslapen. Appartement zit op de vierde verdieping, te bereiken met de lift. Ruim appartement, met veel ramen en licht. Netjes en schoon, mooi ingericht. Fijne ruime badkamer. Screens voor de ramen om het zonlicht in de ochtend buiten te houden. Gratis parkeren op 5 minuten lopen. Station 15 minuten lopen, supermarkt 10 minuten. Basisproducten, zoals olie ed, aanwezig om te koken. Goed contact met de vriendelijke verhuurster via de app.

Kussens vonden wij erg hard, maar dat is persoonlijk. Je moet een tijd afspreken hoe laat je aankomt, dat is lastig als je op doorreis bent en niet aan tijd gebonden wil zijn.

Nice flat in a central location. The lift was a bonus otherwise there are a lot of steps. The beds were comfortable and the air con was great as it was very hot.

The only negative was the size of the balcony which looks bigger in the photos and was ok for 2 people but 4 of us couldn’t sit out together comfortably

Good location (in an a neighborhood with many restaurants and shops) with enough parking space in the area.

Breakfast was included and the breakfast place was certainly great (only a 100m walk) but 1 cookie, a glass of fruit juice and 1 coffee every day might be a bit monotonous after a few days. We did miss a microwave oven to quickly heat something up.

The apartment had large bedrooms which were well furnished. Air-conditioning helped as travelled during summer heat wave. Clean. Located within walking distance of railway and close to main town area. Elevator made accessing the flat easy.

Our family found it very comfortable and well located to access transport to Cinque Terre and local eateries. The only thing which was not as good was that the shower was small (but similar to other places we stayed).
