Good location, comfortable apartment.

This was the first time we chose an apartment over a hotel, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made! From the very beginning, Catherine’s kindness and prompt responses to my questions made everything so much easier. Catherine welcomed us warmly and ensured we were familiar with how everything worked in the apartment upon our arrival. The apartment itself was fantastic and had all the necessary amenities. I could see the great attention to detail the host put into everything, from the basic kitchen necessities and crockery to the table mats, linen, and even clothes stand to dry our laundry and with clips. The washing machine worked perfectly, and all the appliances made it easy for us to enjoy cooking our meals. The apartment's location was incredibly convenient as well, with just a short 10–15-minute walk to the station, 5-10 minute walk to coffee shops, and a nearby Coop. My family, especially our teenager, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the décor and functionality of the apartment, which looked exactly like the pictures we saw online. After reading numerous reviews on booking.com, we were delighted to find that the apartment lived up to every positive comment. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we always felt safe thanks to the great location and security measures. One highlight of our stay was the breakfast option. The coupons Catherine provided for the nearby Pastry Cafe Dolci Magie La Spezia were fantastic! We enjoyed the most amazing croissants (had an option to choose croissant or some kind of bread), freshly made, along with delicious orange juice and coffee. We genuinely looked forward to breakfast every morning, so I highly recommend future guests consider opting for the breakfast option too. Thank you once again Catherine for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back whenever we visit Italy again! P.s. added photos from our last day at the apartment and coffee/pastry shop

Nice and equipped apartment located in the city centre and very close to the train station. It was very clean, the host was super nice and helpful. Perfect choice for families.

It was lovely and bright and spacious. The balcony overlooking the street and the hills beyond was really nice. It was spotless, full of all you’d need for a short stay and decorated very tastefully. Catherine came and met us and talked us through how to work everything etc which was appreciated. We were also very kindly gifted a bottle of Prosecco and some snacks which was such a nice touch, thank you!

10 min walk to station , Very clean and comfy room . Suited family of 4 well. The elevator was a blessing and the balcony was nice

Had no cloths dryer but the cloth line was adequate

Our host was fabulous!! It was centrally located, clean, comfortable. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience here. We would Highly recommend it to anyone 😁
