El personal muy atento a nuestras necesidades, muy amables, el lugar con muy buena ubicación para hacer compras, para moverse a los diferentes lugares, el desayuno nos gustó, en general un buen sitio, acogedor, y por el precio la verdad tiene lo necesario

La habitación tenía un olor fuerte muy molesto, creo que es por algo del acueducto del baño o del aire acondicionado. El inodoro goteaba agua constantemente y no sé si eso generaba el olor, porque el baño siempre tenía agua. Ese detalle hace que el olor de la habitación sea molesto y hace que la estadía no sea del todo agradable. Pero la verdad el lugar es muy bueno, sí solucionan ese tema, la calificación aumentaría mucho más (al menos para mí). Por un precio económico pienso que es una gran opción para alojarse

Staff very friendly, They always speak with me about my daily trip. Close to main square and restaurant. Romm is warm and very confortable.

Excelente punto para visitar varios lugares allí mismo en goreme!.. para los que quieran comer económico, les recomiendo restaurante kosem!.. ricos durum y excelente precio!.. no pudimos contar con la decoración en la terraza y claro está, que fue a causa de los climas!.. pero en cuanto a lo demás, excelente!. La habitación que reservamos, es igual al de la foto.. grande

Que no pudimos volar ni ver los globos aerostáticos por causa de los climas...

once we were given the correct room with air conditioning, the accommodation itself was nice, the rooftop offered a wonderful view, and the location was great. The staff were also fairly friendly, but overall the negatives outweighed the positives and we would not stay again.

Our stay here was very disappointing. On arrival, we were given the wrong room, which had no air conditioning—only a fan—and a very strong, unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. It took 24 hours before we were finally moved into the room we had originally booked, meaning we only had one night of proper comfort. In the meantime, the room was stiflingly hot, and we barely slept. To make matters worse, the owner’s dog wandered into our room and was sick on the floor, which we were oddly blamed for. Breakfast was also poor, with food that didn’t feel fresh. Despite all this, there was no apology or offer of compensation, which made the experience even more frustrating.

The staff, the location and the breakfast were really nice, we could see the balloons in the sky while having breakfast and this was a great bonus!

Excelente estancia. El hotel superó mis expectativas: habitaciones muy limpias, personal amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo y en una zona tranquila. El desayuno delicioso y variado. Sin duda, volvería a alojarme aquí. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

Siamo stati presso il Lucky Luke Stone House dal 21 al 24 agosto 2025. L'esperienza è stata estremamente negativa. ​Durante il soggiorno ho sofferto di un intenso prurito, e la mattina del check-out abbiamo scoperto la causa: il letto e la stanza erano infestati da cimici. Abbiamo subito avvisato il proprietario che ha di fatto riconosciuto il problema. Consultando tutte le recensioni sulla struttura, ho notato che, nonostante il punteggio di 8.3, questo problema di igiene si era già verificato in precedenza. ​Questo incidente non solo ha compromesso il mio soggiorno, ma ha causato: una grave reazione allergica, sono dovuta assentarmi al mio ritorno dal lavoro e ho dovuto consultare un dermatologo e un allergologo, assumendo diversi farmaci e creme a base di cortisone. A questo si aggiunge l'aver dovuto buttare via tutti i nostri vestiti in quanto potenzialmente infestati. Inoltre, nella struttura c'era un odore molto sgradevole, soprattutto nell'area della reception, la quale somigliava più ad uno scantinato. La colazione era servita all'aperto, ma i proprietari non hanno pensato a nessun repellente per gli insetti, i quali erano liberi di posarsi sul cibo che veniva servito. Infatti, pur avendola già pagata ci siamo rifiutati di fare colazione poiché nauseati da tutto ciò. Alla luce di tutto questo, ​la struttura non è stata disposta a risarcire il soggiorno nonostante i gravi disservizi e disagi vissuti durante la permanenza e al nostro ritorno. Sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque.
