modern , well equipped, spacious. Stylish refurbishment. Excellent shower room. Great to have the parking organised for us. Very good location for everything, beach, shops, restaurants, gardens for walk.

Main bedroom bed was very comfortable, good Emma mattress but it is only a standard double size (145cm). Would have liked a king size, the room is spacious enough to take one.

A really lovely place, the accommodation itself was exceptional, extremely clean, well presented. It is located in the centre of town, so easy to get to the beach , shops and restaurants .

Property just like the pictures, great location and lots of privacy. We really enjoyed our holiday in Lyme Regis. Nicola also arranged parking for us at the car park just next to the entrance gate and informed us about near by EV charging. Good spacious rooms and living area - just the right space!

It would have been great to have patio done up with some table chairs so we could use it as outdoor seating - as this was shown in the pictures I was expecting it, but this wasn’t a big deal

Beautiful place in a great location. Near to shops, bars restaurants, gardens and for us near the front. Tastefully decorated, very clean. Dedicated free carparking for 1 car. Good communication with the owner.

No reception on the TV's a minor problem. Appliances difficult to use without instructions.
