Cold on arrival but sorted quickly

Very spacious, clean and comfortable place few seconds from the high street and few minutes walk to the beach.

Would be nice to have few logs there for the log burner but not a problem as you can but some from Tesco just on the high street.

The property has been refurbished beautifully and was immaculate and really comfortable. Nicola couldn't be more helpful. Thank you. Very convenient for shop, sea front and bars.

The major downsize is the noise generated by Tesco night staff having cigarette breaks talking loudly between 1 am and 6 am and loading/unloading. We were woken several times. However, this is beyond the control of the owners.

Very clean, not damp and none of the usual skanky English carpet. Nicely stocked woodstove. I like induction hobs too! Really quiet too - the location in the carpark is pretty rubbish but it really didnt bother us - there was no noise and we couldnt actually see it. And the location was so convenient as Lyme is hilly, and bottles of cider are heavy. Very good comms too with Nicola and easy to get in. Would definitely rebook.

Great location, the property is very modern and comfortable. It has been finished to a high standard so everything is working as expected. Overall a lovely place, would stay again.
