I’ve forgot my AirPods by checkout, I did contact them they also replied asking for details of my AirPods I have provided them with what they wanted and offerd to cover all delivery charges after that they didn’t contact me, I have messaged them several time but not an single response, I don’t know if they check there ratings on booking.com still I please you respectfully to reply on my messages.

"Location excellent - right in the middle of the Old City!"

Breakfast lovely. the wifi connection. the walls, the comfortable and warm bed/blankets and common area. the hot showers was great since it was winter. the owners were accommodative to request for change.

When I checked in the shared facility, the roof was leaking and the bunks were shakey. So asked for another room. the wifi did not work in the rooms. the kitchen was dirty. The long walk with my luggage to get there and out. A bit pricey for the standard of rooms.
