"Fantastisch locatie."

Ons verblijf in deze woning was uitstekend. De communicatie met de eigenaresse was fantastisch. Ze is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam, denkt mee en begeleidt je waar nodig. Haar Engels is uitstekend, waardoor het contact soepel verliep. Ook de faciliteiten van de woning waren top en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker een aanrader!

The area, very close to the city centre. Apartments block very nice and safe. Host very helpful when asked questions.

Хорошее расположение. Есть подземный паркинг.

В номере было грязно, душевая убрана очень плохо. Мебель старая, кожа на стульях ободрана. Интернет работал с перебоями. На фотографиях всё выглядит хорошо, но по факту владелец не вкладывается в текущий ремонт. За эти деньги я ожидал лучшего сервиса. P.S. После того как я поставил адекватную, на мой взгляд, оценку (6), со мной связался владелец в WhatsApp и начал требовать объяснений. Уважаемый владелец, вам лучше следить за качеством клининга, а не допрашивать клиентов, почему они поставили не 10, а 6. P.P.S. Чуть позже, владелец повторно вышел на связь в WhatsApp начал меня оскорблять и называть идиотом. За такое оценка снижена до 1 и написана жалоба в Booking.com

"The size and location of the apartment was excellent. It didn’t really feel like a luxury apartment."

The location was excellent for our needs

Very worn around the edges. Almost all the lights in the bathroom were not functioning. The upholstery on the dining room chairs was badly deteriorating.
