Modern, clean, good restaurant next door.

Stylish room, good facilities in the coffee and shower. Great location.

The mattress in room 101 is well past its best. No springs left and made for an uncomfortable sleep. I would recommend the mattress is replaced with a new one ASAP.

The location was perfect for the Gosport Ferry, local pub just down the road

Room was more than adequate for me as a single traveller. Quiet at night and a comfy bed. Coffee machine was nice and much better than instant.

Room would have been cramped for two. Bathroom was a little damp smelling but equipment all working well. Shower a bit disappointing pressure-wise.

A very comfortable room in a great location. The facilities in the room were at least as good, if not better, than most hotels. Coffee making in particular was excellent!

Only one minor criticism - the room I had was triple aspect (most are not), and it was a little noisier when people were returning late to the marina after a night out. This didn't disturb me as I wasn't asleep at the time.
