Modern studio apartment with stunning views!

Location was excellent. It is right on sea front with spectacular views of the harbour. While over a restaurant and on a busy sea front all we heard was the sound of the waves. Apartment was clean and with all mod cons. The town and restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect location and view of the sea was amazing. Super clean and the bathroom was a charm.

A bit noisy, it’s just above the restaurant and I could hear noise from it at night. Check in is too late (4pm). Also, check out is at 10am and I asked the host if could leave at 11am because of my train time and they said it wasn’t possible because they needed time to clean. I mean, do you really need 6 hours to clean a small studio? I thought it was a kind gesture they could have done it. Because of that they’re not getting a 10.

Beautiful inside, great bathroom and separate shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Beautiful view

The drive in was stressful-narrow streets and tons of people milling about. The only place to unload our luggage close was a police parking spot. Pretty sure that was illegal. A property better fit for young people who can carry their luggage a distance. Once the luggage was dragged upstairs by husband (worrisome due to an injured shoulder from b4) and Once we got the parking space for our rental, the rest of the stay was much better as well.

Finding it and dropping off luggage and then Finding car park is tricky

The view and the decor are stunning.

A broom would have been useful, as cleaners don't come during your stay. And though there was an ironing board, we couldn't find the iron.

Great location. Nicely furnished and decorated.

Driving in St Ives was painful though obviously not the fault of the apartment. Finding the allocated parking was tricky.
