Modern studio apartment with stunning views!

Everything about the property was exceptional, fantastic facilities, lovely decor , stunning views Could not fault anything , the photos on Air bnb do not do it justice

The apartment is in a great location, right in front of the harbour. It was clean and furnished tastefully. The bathroom is great with a separate bath and walk-in shower, 2 hand basins and heated towel rail. The bed is comfortable. If you pre-book parking, a ticket and parking bay are provided for you in a car park that is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. There is a loading zone very close to the apartment for unloading/loading your bags.

There are no instruction details in the apartment or on the listing for the oven, microwave and washing machine/dryer - this would be really helpful!

Well appointed large apartment right in the heart of St Ives with ample room for 2 large suitcases. The bathroom looks newly renovated and has a large bath and 2 sinks (bonus points). The only difficulty is finding the door - there should be a mention that it is up a short flight of stairs at the rear of the restaurant. I walked around twice before finding it. Once you find the door, the apartment is up a flight of stairs. Unsuitable for those that find it difficult to carry heavy bags. The parking is a distance away (all parking on the area is) but easy enough to get to if you follow the directions provided

St Ives itself is very crowded and geared for tourists - needed to book tables for most restaurants. This is not a reflection on the property, more of an observation of how too much tourism can affect a lovely destination

Wow, what a location and that view...stunning! Had a marvelous time just gazing out the open doors and watching the activity at the harbor. Studio was well equipped for myself traveling solo and would be good for a couple. Great to have clothes waher/dryer. Amazing, huge bathtub which was used at the end of every day. Within walking distance of everything. Would absolutely stay again!

The bed was a tad bit uncomfortable. Fairly 'lumpy'. Not a like or dislike, but you check in on your own, never meeting anyone. They were quick to respond to an email question.

Modern Studio apartment is a beauitifully presented apartment located right on the water front at St Ives. The views are indeed stunning. The apartment is well equipped, well presented and located well for sight seeing in St Ives. Despite its central location in a main street above a restaurant the apartment was quiet. We enjoyed the apartment immensely. For those travelling without a car I would give it 10 out of 10. However, for those with a car we found the dropoff/pickup of luggage not the easiest process, you need to pick up the parking pass at the apt initially, and the carpark provided is certainly not exceptionally close by or easy to navigate to. So I write this just so people are forewarned. I guess this is the price one has to pay for staying in the centre of an old town. If I was to be a bit picky, we also rang on the supposed 24 hr phone number one night to find out how to work the stove, but no-one got back to us, not even the next day.

We found the arrival/departure processes stressful, getting a park in loading bay, dropping off luggage, getting parking pass, and then negotiating the narrow streets to find the carpark. The actual apartment was great. A call back to our enquiry would have been appreciated.

The views are stunning and the apartment is very comfortable. Has all the equipment necessary for a self-catering stay.

Not a major complaint but the fridge noise was regrettable. It might be worth replacing with a silent fridge.They are available but expensive. Two keys would be useful for when people go out separately. A sunblind would be good. Otherwise PERFECT!
