とにかく快適で、備え付けの家具やキッチン用具も新しくて綺麗でした。家の周りは静かな住宅地で、落ち着いて過ごすことができました。また散歩がてらに近江八幡の街並みを楽しめました！

夏布団がないことくらいです。

Good & just parking outside.

The design of the house is cool. The location is great. And the price is fare.

One of the quilt covers was dirty, I contacted the customer center at 19:30 but they can only change the next day. No spare quilt cover or quilt, even it’s a little bit cold that one quilt for 2 people, they can’t provide additional ones. The same thing happened for tissue. I asked “when you bring the quilt cover tomorrow, can you provide spare tissue paper? As we have 6 people staying for 3 nights, just in case it’s not enough ” the staff answered me “do you mean now the box of tissue only have little tissue left? ” and provide nothing the next day. I was quite shocked. I travel to Japan for several times per year and stay in many hotels or guest houses, first time to experience such “ nothing spare” style. I won’t choose Rakuten Stay again in the future if there’s nothing improved.

It was clean and easy to access. Parking is right outside the door which is very convenient. There were basic kitchen supplies, towels, and laundry detergent. The beds were comfortable and there is heating in every room.

The washing machine does not have a dryer function but there are coin laundries in close proximity. There is no oven/toaster oven or knives. The bedding for the tatami room is a little thin and traffic can be heard. The house is close to a school so there are many students biking/walking in the morning during the week.
