Rakuten STAY HOUSE x WILL STYLE Hachimanbori

Location was convenient to our itinerary and nearby convenient store was helpful.

All the baseboards haven’t been cleaned/dusted in a long time. The window shades in the bedroom were quite dirty. The beds were hard.

Its spacious and perfect for a family vacation. I love the interior and the modern concept.

It was not clean properly. I had to clear the AC filter on the night we arrived as I realised it wasnt warm enough during the cold night. So i checked the AC and the filter was full of dusts! As i had two little kids, thats very important for me. Plus some areas like behind the tables, the side of washing machines, those little areas werent cleaned too.

Great location and large house.

The cleaning is really lacking. Suggest Rakuten can do a deep clean and replace some soiled equipment. For example there is a lot of mold at the bottom of the curtain blinds on G/F. There are a lot of insects around the outside light. Some of the duvets were heavily stained. The upper shelves were caked with a layer of dark dust like it hasnt been cleaned for years. Some cookery was also dirty. I get that it’s a big house so maybe worth getting an extra deep clean in between stays. I was very much looking forward to trying the Rakuten brand of houses but was somewhat disappointed.

Good facility and location.

It was acceptable but they can do better on cleaning.

Liked the well equipped kitchen. The place was very nice and clean. The beds were firm and the pillows were just nice. The place was near some nice restaurants.

Nothing that we didn't like.
