The view was amazing. We turned up to a lovely warm cabin (stayed in the valley cabin) and found some delicious homemade bread on arrival. There's a deck with a BBQ and outdoor furniture (but we were there in winter so didn't use them but still had a lovely view with the huge windows in the cabins. The kitchen was well thought with all the utensils you need and lots of.linnen supplied. The owners were fantastic at communicating as well and we got visits from the friendly farm dog and hens which was really nice. Would love to stay here again when visiting the region 😊😊

Great place in a lovely setting. We didn’t see the hosts, but they had setup everything to require minimal contact, which suited us fine. The bread on the bench at arrival was a nice touch and the view overlooking the cows was really nice.

The shower could have been a little cleaner, but otherwise the place was spotless.

A lovely peaceful location just as described. The 2 cabins, linked by a large covered deck felt really luxurious. The host was super friendly, though left us to ourselves, and provided some delicious welcome treats!

No complaints about this lovely accommodation.

The baked bread was the sweetest touch. My partner and I had the best First Valentines Day celebration. Thank you soo much

Beautiful location and view, huge bed and lots of relaxing space. Everything you need for a break away from the noise and fast pace of the city. A loaf of home made bread was waiting for us, still warm, so yummy! A shop and service station 5 minutes down the road and whakatane only 15 minutes away. The owner was really helpful and friendly and only a text or call away for any questions you might have. Would definitely recommend! I will be going back 100%

Great location and comfortable for a rural escape yet close enough to Whakatane. Cosy with a heat pump and kitchen. Loved the homemade bread. Would recommend.

Internet was unreliable. Deck fencing was noisy in the high winds, otherwise fine.
