Comfortable inside, worked well for our family.

The exterior was in need of upkeep.

The house is located in a quiet community, only 40 minutes drive to Hurricane Ridge. There is a Thai restaurant within walking distance, which is very good.

Good location. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very clean. Easy to work with owner.

Once inside the house, it was very accurate to how the pictures look.

It appeared to be a very long time since any yard work was done. The property is in an old neighborhood, so a pristine neighborhood wasn't expected. However, this lack of attention to the outside of the property was not what would be expected of a vacation rental. Since the property doesn't have air conditioning, there needs to be more fans provided than the one small fan that was there. This easy attention to detail would have changed my rating.
