AUI like the the design of your hotel. The location is good. The beach looks private. Your breakfast was pretty good, no complaint. i like the cleanliness. room design is nice also.
Two things that must take care of is, 1. The air-con in the room is bad. It was pre-set. so no matter to what temperature i set. it always went back to the pre-set. which was disappointing. I felt so cold at night if i went without the blanket. 2. you need to fix your gym's equipment. the pull-down machine is missing it's pin for the weight. Please provide another adjustable bench.

1. I’m not sure why it’s classified as a resort. It has only 1 swimming pool, and 2 restaurants (one restaurant was closed for private functions at many occasions). 2. In the restaurants, the food was bad. Bad in taste and also in quality, on the last night my daughter had food poisoning after eating her dinner and she was hospitalised due to constant vomiting. Also, the menus look big but actually the majority of items are unavailable. 3. The breakfast buffet is horrible, the staff don’t refill the items promptly and again the buffet is not kept in a condition that it looks clean and inviting, but rather looks the opposite. The coffee coming from the coffee machine was cold the majority of the times. 4. The location is not great. Also it says beach access. The beach is not a private beach and is not even cleaned properly for hotel guests to access it, it doesn’t look like it’s part of the facility. We chose this hotel instead of others for the beach access and this should be removed from the list because it’s not really a proper beach access!! Not even a shower is available to wash off the sands after using the beach and heading back to the pool… 5. We asked for many items from the hotel staff to be brought to the room and that never happened (iron, ironing board, tea bags, refilling our coffee pods…) nothing we asked for was brought to the room. Overall. The picture and the description of this hotel are very deceiving. I would never recommend it to anybody because it’s not worth paying this amount for at all. We could’ve stayed at a much better location with the same price had we known it’s this bad.
