I have serious back issues. The bed was not comfortable. I could feel the springs of the bed so I slept on the sofa cushion on the floor. Even the sofa has springs so it wasn’t supportive enough to sleep. I requested extra quilts so that I could get more padding for the bed for the remainder of my stay but it wasn’t enough to pad the springs. I am a side sleeper so it hurt my hips. It is not the hotel’s fault but it didn’t suit me. The temperature of the shower was also an issue. The hot and cold did not stay consistent. One second it’ll be really hot and the next really cold. The Aircon could also be colder.
