Location and rooms were ideal - this was our second stay in a month but a completely different experience

Casual dining in evening is very limited and restricted Staff on this occasion were not as keen to help and support on this stay - a marked difference to stay a month earlier

Very convenient for the airport and the staff were very helpful and kind.

The plug to the bath didn't work, the shower was quite weak and the door did not lock properly from the inside. The room service food was average. It wasn't a terrible stay but for the price I expected way more.

"A must stay for anyone having to overnight at OR Tambo."

Very conveniently placed for an overnight stay between flights, good food, very comfortable room and great service from the staff. We even were assisted carrying our luggage from the hotel to the airline check in desk at 6am in the morning, stellar service!
