Great location directly next to airport terminal Friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome and comfortable when our flight was cancelled late in the evening Room very comfortable and well equipped (though quite small)

Assistance from the lobby staff on arrival, when it rained and we needed wheelchair support. Check in the lobby. From there onwards, it was a cold shower with not getting any attention in the bar and the beds being uncomfortable and not what we booked.

We requested 1 king and 1 twin room. The rooms given each had 2 single beds. The pillows and the duvets are too big and messy. The mattress is too soft, and the cover is too loose. That means that sleeping is a constant fight. The biggest complaint is the bar and restaurant staff in the evening. We come off the late KLM flight, several times a year, and the standard is that we get no service. We had to wait for 20 min to get a drink. Nobody sees you. They ignore us. Only when we left the restaurant without paying for the 3 wines, they tried to get hold of us the next day. That is how unattentive the staff is not seeing clients walk out. Honestly, this happened every time.

Gym, quiet rooms, efficient and helpful front desk and concierge staff. Quills restaurant food was great especially the breakfast. Proximity to airport terminals

Restaurant service was a little slow.
