Struttura molto silenziosa, con parcheggio privato e a due passi dalla mini metro. Comodissima per andare in centro

The location and secure parking were very important to us and this apartment was ideal, also a very short walk to the mini metro to take you straight into the historic center were excellent. We also liked the fact we were a very short walk from the Eni live petrol station that did an excellent Lavazza coffee and Cornetti, with a lovely lady behind the counter, who was very kind. They also did various meal dishes, but we didn't try these.

The noise of the heating water coming on through the system in the early morning in the flat and a smell of gas in the foyer, which we found a little strange and somewhat unnerving, not something we would be happy with on a permanent basis.

Bright natural light lit up kitchen area. Balcony. Minimetro was about 100 meters. Comfy bed. Well laid out. Secure, safe building and neighborhood.

Confusion on where to catch minimetro to the condo from bus depot arrival. Extremely easy but poorly communicated so we took a taxi. 10 euro for a 700 metre ride. Lol. It was cold and raining and all uphill so worth it.

Appartamentino dotato di ogni comfort, sembra di stare a casa vista la quantità di utensili all'interno. Forno a Micronde, Phon, Ferro da stiro, non occorre portarsi nulla da casa. Ciliegina sulla torta: la posizione. A pochi metri dalla fermata del trenino per il centro di Perugia ed il posto auto privato nella piazzetta sottostante munita di sbarra automatica. Cosa volere di più?
