"Very satisfying stay at the Residency, T Nagar, Chennai"

Location, service - from valet to front desk to room to restaurants, cleanliness, Chin-Chin and buffet restaurants, Christmas decor, gym, creepers visible from the ground floor buffet restaurant.

Too crowded, price tad high (even for this time of the year), lack of a swimming pool (though don't expect in a mid segment hotel), slightly small size of the bathroom

Too busy with a lot of people, price tad high, small size bathrooms, al a carte restaurant 'Just Right' did not feel right (too cramped)

"Not the money worth."

All was well

Room no. 811, the A/C fan was making too much of noise. The hand shower was not working (Not getting locked). Bathroom floor was damaged, unkempt.
