Casita De Agua Encanto

Reasonably priced, small neat and clean full-amenity casita with two hot tubs in a private , bamboo-fenced location in backyard, sleeps five comfortably, helpful owner on site in small garage apartment, willing to help with directions and introductions to neighborhood restaurant and grocery store. Art galleries and museums nearby, within a mile or so.

Nothing really , my kind of old property with attic furniture and horse-trough hot tubs with creative plumbing that others might be surprised at but I found charming.

I have worked in the Hospitality Industry for over thirty-five years, and when I arrived at the Casitas de Encanto Aguas, I was beyond impressed. Upon arrival, I had the passcode for the security lock on the front door, and entering into the living room, the temperature was perfect, and the room was comfortable and well furnished, with extra bedding for the futon couch/bed, and a closet full of games. Both bedrooms were quaint, and beds extremely comfortable. The Jack and Jill bathroom was well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and many other necessities that the guests would ever need. The kitchen was furnished with a full size refrigerator, four burner stove and oven, microwave, blender, plenty of necessary utensils, dishware and pots and pans, a dishwasher, a tall table with for stools, and a bottle of wine, with glassware. The backyard was spacious, with a bar-b-que grill. Shortly after my departure, I received a message from the Property Management Company, telling me that I had left my cellphone charger, and upon my return, it was in the mailbox, where I requested them to leave it.

That I could have stayed longer, and spent some time at the lake, where as a young boy, my grandfather would take me fishing.

A relief to be in a home with a yard instead of a lifeless hotel room.

All was good.

Cozy,comfortable indoor space, respect for original “bones “ of the house, and outdoor space allowing our dog room to play ball.

It was quiet and had all the essentials for a great stay.

Nothing negative to post.
