"While the property was delightful, and very clean, the mattress kind of ruined our stay."

The house was cute and extremely clean. We also found the hot tub in the back yard to be a nice touch.

The mattresses absolutely need to be replaced. Neither of us got a good nights sleep; it felt like I was going to sink to the bottom (though you really couldn't sink). The mattresses just felt old and worn out and didn't offer any support.
