"Stay someplace else"

The only good thing about this location is the location.

The beds looked more like cots than a bed. They are super low to the ground. The room was dirty. I called to get an extra pillow and was told they didn’t have any.

"Maid Intrusion, No Service"

Location, stayes 4 times. Referred others as well to your location.

On 2 seperate occassiona the Lani Kai Hotel Maid walked in without knocking, callin, or even as coming in announce herself. It was scary, we felt extremely "unsafe" as women. One of the times we were changing, undressing and the other in bed. We asked multiple times for our room to have a full clean, never happened. Trash not empty, had to get pillows, towels, and take our own trash out, it was an awful experience. For my birthday I talked up how great a resort you were and brought 3 friends for my birthday trip to celebrate as I have done years prior and I was embarrassed. So disappointed and realized we will go else where as this was not good!

"Lani Kain was a good experience overall."

Renovations are very nice thus far.

Our room.being a suite felt a little run down for a suite but it was fine. Maybe coukd of been a little cleaner and the couches were very uncomfortable.
