I liked the price and the resort area I had a nice time and the water

Being in a room over the music I wanted quite at 9pm that is just me wonderful experience tho.

Beach view was amazing!!! Totally recommended.

We liked the location. We didn't need to go too far to eat with the restaurant on site!

I didn't like how you parked, went upstairs to check in, then back down to repark. My husband and I have a hard time walking.

The view was amazing

The staff and location were amazing! I loved the nostalgic Florida feel of the resort and the rooms have been nicely updated. The restaurants and nightly entertainment were wonderful- we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want too!!!

Very minimal, but I didn’t like the pillows.

excellent view - comfortable beds

shower pressure was not strong. No mat in tub which made it potentially slippery with no hand rails for support should have area coming off beach to rinse sand off and not have to take it into the hotel or your room.

The room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the gulf. The view was amazing. The convenience (even at an extra charge) of the chairs and umbrellas was great. We also loved having bar & food service right at our chairs on the beach! All the bar staff, servers and maintenance staff were amazing.

My only real negative would be the front desk staff came off as abrupt. Not necessarily rude but, short and annoyed. Everyone we interacted with EXCEPT when I checked us out. The young man that confirmed our check-out was very warm and personable.

Food was good value, drink service on beach, location, view.

Many shops closed. No sell of basic items available. Bed and pillows were bad even though new.

Excellent location

Hotel needs extensive upgrading. Front desk staff bossy and unwelcoming. NO HOT WATER. Hotel would not compensate for hot water issue because "I booked through a 3rd party".
