The location, it was on the beach

The service, the food and that I had to pay extra for parking $20.00 a day and to use the hotel beach chair $15.00 a day if you pay cash, using the card they charge an extra dollar for it

Great location. View was outstanding. Room was clean.

Staff didn’t speak English. We had a hard time getting towels and toilet paper. They way over charged what I committed to on booking.com. Lots of extra hidden fees

Breakfast at the Sundeck was great. The Cafe was a waste of money.

Housekeeping was inconsistent even when requested daily. They didn’t show when requested. If you had it go to the front desk to ask for towels they had an attitude. The beach chair attendants that were associated with the resort are rude, and made inappropriate comments to the teenagers. Staff hounded you if they noticed you with a water at pool. I came to relax not be bothered over silly things. Not much hospitality.
