Brand New Apartment Central Location Hot Tub

Location was the main advantage of the property.

Inconvenient parking, although we were warned about it. Absolutely no instruction regarding cooker and Spa Bath. Regarding the Spa Bath, it is misrepresented as a Hot Tub. A hot tub has steps for easy access and seats inside, being in our 70’s it was a huge disappointment that my partner was unable to even get in. For the price we would expected high end furniture, the bed was small and uncomfortable as were the pillows, limited space to store clothes ( good job we were only staying for 2 nights). Kitchen utensils were poor and sparse, only 2 cups, 3 knives forks and spoons and having relatives close by I couldn’t invite them round for even a coffee. We brought a beautiful bottle of Red Wine and found only 2 PLASTIC tumblers and Champagne flutes. The fridge door had no bottom shelf so nowhere to put the milk. A very impressive Spice Rack but only one pan and one small frying pan. The small table had a glass top that kept slipping sideways and 2 rickety chairs. The most impressive part of the apartment was the electrics, lighting and large TVs.

It was clean, modern and it provided the basic facilities needed for a stay.

The parking was very limited. It was hard to find areas to park.

Nicely decorated and very modern. Great location and easy access into the property for it being a self check in. Plenty of parking on the bank just behind the property and the road seemed pretty quiet. Great cooking facilities although we didn't use them. Extremely clean and a good selection of tea/coffee along with small jars of jam/marmalade etc.

For £593 for 2 nights (weekend in late March) it is extremely expensive compared to other properties. Personally, think £400 is the very most we'd pay to stay here again. Would recommend reviewing the prices. The little QR sign on the wall next to the hot tub would be more useful to show you how to use the hot tub rather than a link to promote the property on instagram. The bedroom isn't the darkest at night despite black out blinds due to the fire alarm call point flashing and fire exit green light by the front door (no door between bedroom and living/kitchen space). The stairs/alley outside of the window in the bedroom is a little grotty, so we opted to keep the window shut the whole time. We didn't actually notice the little sign by the front door asking for shoes not to be worn inside of the property and to use the slippers provided. Luckily, we had been putting ours on in the porch, but others may miss the sign. Be careful to make sure the doors shut behind you. Despite being on soft closers, you still have to push them shut as they stop just before making the latch.

We thought the apartment was brilliant. The layout was lovely and the hot tub was great!

Lovely apartment, very well equipped and really comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and we will be sure to be booking again in the future. Not a single bad thing we could say about this place.

Everything about the property was perfect, location was great, walk away from shops, pubs and restaurants. We had a night out and a night in the apartment which was perfect, apartment was cosy so felt right at home.

Nothing really, if I was being picky the water goes everything in the shower but we just put a towel down to stop this, an easy fix

Bed was extremely comfortable, very good location right next to the town, all facilities you can hope for in the apartment and all stocked up. Hot tub bath and shower both brilliant too. Would recommend 100%

Parking was the only issue, you have to park on a random street round the corner which doesnt feel quite safe
