Brand New Apartment Central Location Hot Tub

I loved how modern it was - the bed was super comfy - made me realise i need a new bed at home!! The staff were very helpful and answered calls immediately and were very friendly and understanding. The location was great. It was warm and cosy. I come to windermere at least once a year and this is the closest I've been to everything. The kitchen facilities were great also everything you'd need for a short stay - little touches like a hair dryer in the drawer and a ironing board available etc

I felt like as a couple we paid for the experience of being able to chill in the hot tub whilst enjoying the tv however you can't really hear the TV even if you turn the jacuzzi jets off but it was very nice.but overall felt like apart from the lights it didn't feel like we were away from home. It could perhaps do with instructuon manual on how to use it too felt bad and silly calling for help on this. We had a bit of an issue with the other apartment above us who was trying to enter our room whilst we were relaxing but this isn't the fault of the company. It is very clear when booking which room is yours and your codes - this seemed to be a fault of the customer and the staff were extremely helpful with this.

The property was in a great location and only a 5 minutes walk from the town centre, it was tidy and everything you needed was there.

The property advertises a hot tub when in fact it is a spa bath , there is a big difference! which you have to fill your self and get to your own desired temperature , the tv in the bathroom just showed shutting down on the screen and would not work at all ! They were the main selling points for renting the property in our case
