City Center Casa Baldo

The location was perfect. The bed was super comfy.

There was recycled glass collection some mornings so that was noisy-but nothing anyone can do about that.

He was very helpfull to assist us.

Very central, spacious, with all amenities. Beds big and comfortable. Host always available to help and give suggestions for places to visit.

The lift was broken on the last day, tough luck. The place is in the pedestrian ZTL zone, so you need to be lucky to find a parking in piazza Italia, otherwise you have to walk.

Location. Lift. Good beds. Access easy and well explained. Heating brilliant.

Unable to get the cooker to light, kitchen could have been better stocked with utensils and it would have been good to have the wi- fi code upon arrival.

Location was excellent.

De centrale ligging met een restaurant en pasteria beneden als je de deur uit gaat, ideaal.

Er waren wat luidruchtige buren die zich niet bewust zijn van hun eigen stemvolume en dat de tv ook wat zachter kan!

The apartment is traditionally decorated and with a lot of comfort and charm. It is so perfectly located at the top of the main walking area but just off the plaza so it stays nice and quiet. A lovely restaurant and staff right below made us feel extremely welcome. A highlight of our trip in Italy.

Per chi come noi si era recato a Perugia per l'Umbria Jazz, alloggiare in un appartamento nel cuore della città ha rappresentato una soluzione eccezionale. L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo d'epoca ristrutturato ed è dotato di tutti i comfort. Le modalità di check-in e check-out sono rapide e perfettamente spiegate dall' host. L'appartamento è dotato di ventilatori nelle stanze da letto ma risulta molto fresco di per sé.

Location in middle of Umbria Jazz. It was available at short notice.

Old fashioned furnishings. Needs a paint job. No meet and greet. No coffee machine. Not even a complementary bottle of water.
