The apartment feels like a home away from home. It is located in a nice area.

We couldn't leave the luggage for two hours upon departure. Taking it to left luggage for literally two hours was a bit of a hassle.

Excellent location close to the city centre. Clean, and exactly as described. Great base for exploring York

In a good location for York and rail station and although on a busy road it was quiet during the night. Welcome basket great - ground coffee, crisps, biscuits etc. We didn’t realise you had to turn the heating on at the boiler so didn’t have any heating on for 3 of the 4 days - our fault but other guests may find this useful to know too. Overall a great little place in a good location.

Wasn’t a big deal but I think that it is a bit low on crockery/cutlery. Note that there isn’t an en-suite - you need to come downstairs for bathroom facilities. As other reviewers have said you have to fiddle a bit with the keys but it doesn’t take too much effort.

Exactly as described. A cosy retreat, comfortable bed.

Lovely little apartment. Great facilities & furnishings, & nice little touches such as snacks, tea, coffee, toiletries etc, etc. Lovely street round corner with pub, wine bar Indian restaurant & various shops. 5/10mins walk from centre & railway station. Highly recommend!

Two staircases. Maybe update description - chiropodist shop us now green!!!!😊
