The location

The foyer leading to the apartment was very dirty. The toilet was not clean too. There was urine on the seat. There was one rusty pot that definitely needs to be thrown out.

Great location for the Race course . There was parking available during our stay .

The property was not luxury as advertised. The apartment needs a lot of work and an update. The carpets and floors were dirty. We avoided sitting on the sofa as it looked dirty and covered in stains. All the pots and pants could do to be replaced.Since both bedrooms are facing the road it was very noisy and we struggled to sleep. The bathroom floor was very slippery, especially when you had to get out of the shower. The lights in the whole apartment are very dull and the one in the kitchen were struggling to work. The heating was on on our arrival and it was nice and warm . All communication prior to arrival was excellent.

Good location for the racecourse. Good size apartment

Unfortunately we did leave at 2AM in the morning due to the road noise. Mouldy Cotton wool jar in the bathroom 🤮 Bath plug broken, handle in the kitchen broken, dirty sofa/blanket, bedroom fan broken. The apartment has potential just needs a deep clean and fixing up.

Finding the keys

The location - 15 minutes from Yorkshire Wildlife park It was really spacious - ample space for a larger family which hotels can’t Accommodate Facilities - kitchen and full bathroom Free private parking

The cleanliness was exceptionally poor, the entertainment system and WiFi dint work, the mattresses were all different quality, only 1 pillow per guest, lack of useful cutlery and utensils. Face ID to check in, difficulty with instructions to obtain the key, plug unusable in the bath.

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient and made getting around easy. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
