"The apartment itself is good-it could just do with a better clean and some fresh equipment inside it"

Company running it were lovely and rang to let us know previous guests had smoked so they had been airing the room out for us. Company offered to sort alternative accommodation if we weren’t happy when there

It didn’t have all the necessary items such as oven gloves or tea towels etc. Ball of hair in bathroom so wasn’t completely clean Smell of smoke from previous occupier

Nice property just needed a bit of TLC to be honest. If the cleaners cleaned things properly there would be no need to put what I’m writing down!!! Shame really as it’s a nicely situated place to stay. This is what we didn’t like, sorry wrote in wrong box 😞
