Wow! So shockingly bad - I used to use this company a few years ago but can obviously see the standards have slipped so much. (Photos to proove) Lack of communication for check in - was left outside for nearly an hour. Corridor is filthy . One bedrooms carpet is so stained I wouldn't let my dog sleep in it. Couldn't drink out of the kettle it's so full of scale. Filthy wash sponge No tea towel - not that I ate there Broken utensils Mucky microwave A grimy pot of ripped teabags , one sachet of coffee Not like before , where waffles and fresh milk and water were provided Cheap old mattress And they still have "Luxury" in their title and ask for your I.D. before booking - one of the worst loved places I have been in.

Facilities were good and location.

Nothing really.

great location for the racing.

a bit more effort with the cleaning, sofa grubby.

The apartment was so lovely clean comfortable quite and in an amazing location. The owners were so helpful and all information was perfect.

I can't complain about anything
