The unit is very clean and smells good :) Drinking Water is provided which is very good.

The host was very easy to deal with, and both the owner and caretaker were friendly and accommodating. They made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay and were always available to answer any questions. The unit was beautifully decorated with nice paintings, and the relaxing scent added to the cozy atmosphere.

I rated it a 9 because one of the main reasons we chose to stay was the pool. I stayed at Verdon Parc a few years ago, and back then, pool access was free. Now, there’s an additional fee. Although this fee isn’t charged by the unit owner and is deposited directly to the developer’s account, it still added to the overall cost. We got the unit at a good price, but it became quite expensive once the pool fee was added.

I like the ambience. The rooms are comfortable to stay, it's nice and clean... thanks to the owner and miss Maricel for accommodating us..❤️❤️❤️

I like the room and place my children was really enjoyed it❤️special thanks to miss Elizabeth and miss Maricel for assisting us specially when we arrived in the place they are very kind and very accommodating❤️

I didn't like the security guard in the reception that night when we arrived in the place which is he doesn't know anything he doesn't know how to approach guest knowing that guest arrived and tired.🥺

Breakfast is not provided, but you can conveniently order through Grab. Additionally, there is a restaurant in the lobby that serves delicious breakfasts and meals, along with aromatic cinnamon native coffee. For quick snacks and refreshments, a mini store inside offers chips, drinks, and other essentials.
