The property is very nice and cozy to stay with their complete amenities that will surely love specially with families on the go! But one thing should they freely offer, IT SHOULD BE A FREE SWIMMING for those who will stay at the moment of time. Even at least once lang😊

Not free swimming excited pa naman ang anak ko…. And the parking fee is a bit expensive per night.

Location near SM mall. The kitchen appliances are provided. There are some snacks and drinks available inside which you can consume and pay - no need to go out when you feel hungry. The beds are fine - they are comfortable. The city view was also good. The swimming pool is excellent but we have to pay in GCASH only.

The check-in and check-out process should be improved. We can't see the dust on the bedsheets until we touch them. The unit is so tiny and has unneeded things inside made uneasy to move around the sitting and dining area or the side of the beds. It seems like the unit is overly decorated. Swimming pool payments are only through GCASH - payment before swimming also made a bit of delay because we only have CASH, CREDIT, and DEBIT CARDS.

The ambiance was perfect, aesthetically elegant design.

The Verdon parc is accessible to many restaurants and easy to commute to SM mega mall. The accommodation offers lots of facilities like a swimming pool, outdoor basketball court and gym, which need to book ahead of time. The staff is friendly.

The accommodation is clean but quite small for 4 adults, the second room is bunk bed for children ( Green), not for a couple. I booked for 2 nights for my cousins as an anniversary gift for couples. The communications with the owner are quite frustrating late replying for any information. Then, the guest was given account details for payment, which I had already done. They don't accept credit card payment, which not been stated on booking.com, which cause confusion.

The room provided was comfortable and clean, meeting our expectations in terms of quality. However, the experience would have been significantly enhanced if internet access had been available.

The building had a low occupancy rate, with most rooms unoccupied, creating an unsettling atmosphere. Additionally, the promised internet service was unavailable, and despite notifying the host, the issue was not addressed. Furthermore, the payment process deviated from the standard Booking.com procedure, as guests were required to provide credit card details upfront or pay in cash, which did not align with the platform's usual convenience-oriented practices.
