The moment we arrived at Ion Delemen, the calm air and quiet surroundings hit us in the best way. it felt like stepping into a peaceful break for the whole family. The view was soft, cool, and healing, perfect for slowing down and reconnecting. It was exactly the kind of quiet escape we needed.

The unit itself was satisfying, but the lack of response from staff was disappointing. Guests may only ask for help when necessary, so it would be appreciated if staff could at least acknowledge messages. Small gestures of communication make a big difference to the whole experience.

"Not worth staying for humans."

NOTHING. It was horrible. We checked in and left after 2 hours though we paid we 2 nights. I want BOOKING.COM to refund money as they should not put such listings as it will spoils their reputation. Don’t ever stay in that room.

Extremely bad smell. Was not clean. We checked out in 2 hours. Total waste of time and money.

Mooi ruim appartement met goede bedden.

Beetje ingewikkelde incheck procedure. Wij hadden gehoopt dat we onze huurauto er al konden parkeren (tegen betaling)omdat we naar Sky world wilden gaan. Maar je krijgt het volledige adres pas vanaf het moment dat de kamer klaar is. Hierdoor verloren we redelijk wat tijd met onnodig rondrijden.
