"Hotel is good location wise, but staff need to be more prompt and friendly."

Food, location

No lift, staff except counter person were not prompt and required to ask for every facility which is included. Rooms are not as per expectations.

Staf is good and helpful....

Blanket was dirty... Pillow is bed condition also pillow cover... Bathroom door mate is not good it is nylon mate so not dry foots, so provide another mate or sockable mate. Hotel show in their facilities list in toilet paper, sleeper, hai dryer etc, but not exites in room. So provide that items another thing remove from list so gauest not expected that items before booking hotel. Bedroom is small size and value for money compare to high.
