Not much really

I booked a deluxe room and was presented with a budget room upon check-in. When it turned out there is no hot shower i was offered a bucket. When I requested money back the manager showed up and magically my deluxe room was found with a working shower. Seemed like hotel tried to scam me. Next day there was no hot water.
