Location was excellent. 2 mins from bus stop with a direct express bus to Venice. Walter & Massimo were so friendly and helpful, we really felt welcomed and they did all they could to help. The kitchen area was well equipped and the property was Uber clean the whole time. For what we paid they put many hotels to shame. Thank you guys.

Phew, I need to be quite picky here. The fridge in the room was quiet small and the freezer compartment not working correctly until I figured out the issue. It is a small apartment and the other guests ? We're quiet noisy one night, but not for long 🙂👍

Excellent location from Mestre downtown and main bus station.

I feel as home.

The host was brilliant, very informative. The room itself was quirky with a window in the bathroom looking into the room and lots of artwork in the bedroom. Short bud ride to Venice.

TV worked at first then didn’t work; room was a little small for two people, fridge was quite loud; coffee stains on the wall and on one of the towels.

good location, quiet street, clean room, excellent value.

I assumed a place named B&B would serve breakfast.
