With reference to family-run hosting I believe it's difficult to find a better option. Very clean, beautiful room, a large, elegantly and modernly furnished bathroom with a full supply of good quality soaps and shampoos...Perfect location logistics-wise, very close to Mestre railway station, 5 minutes on foot - which is also 10 minutes on foot from Mestre centre and its nice restaurants. Hosts were nice, friendly and did their utmost to make my stay smooth and pleasant. Totally recommended.

The room was super clean and perfectly decorated. They have everything you would ever need. Host Walter was exceptional! He provided us with details of the place, travel guide, and answered all of our questions.

It was a very good property. We are very happy that we could stay here. The owners were very kind and nice. They helped us with taking a buss and gave us coupons for breakfast. Also they are very helpful for lots of coffee, drinks and sanitary items. It was very nice staying at this place.

A small little bit thing, the toilet’s lock didn’t work but it wasn’t a big problem.

The cleanliness and attention to detail - the room was cosy and the bathroom was superb, free bottles of water were provided every day. The location - the property is located within little distance from Mestre's train station as well as from the town's main avenue where direct buses to Venice leave. Breakfast included in the price. Excellent fish restaurant on the same street, totally recommended.

The part of the town where the property is located might look a bit sketchy to someone, especially at night, but actually it is quite safe as it is mostly a residential neighbourhood. Breakfast options are quite limited - croissant, juice and hot drink, a typical Italian menu. It is nice to have it included in the price, however it might not suit everyone's taste. Thie is really minor stuff that did not affect my stay at all.

Great location, very close to the bus stops (quick ride to Venice) and in a calm and quiet area. Great dining places nearby. Owner is friendly and helpful, although does not speak English. Awesome AC in the room, nice surprise to have a small refrigerator and coffee machine in the room. Awesome tiny additions such as slippers, gown, shaving kit etc - a very nice and kind surprise

The room is small, great for sleeping over but would not recommend if you plan remote work or anything requiring staying in the room for a longer time. Owners of the breakfast place (across the street) are super sweet but the food itself well, nothing special and the choice is small. Could be a littler cleaner (the shower and the ventilation above it), the smell when you enter the building is not nice (musty, humid).

The location was a bit further from the train station than we realised but we discovered the bus stop to Venice and the airport were very close. The shared kitchen/dinning facilities, although quite cluttered, provided us with everything we needed. Our host Walter was very helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed.

There wasn't much natural light with shutters/blinds and curtains on most widows. Not sure if this was to keep the place cool? And there seemed to be an outdoor area but it didn't seem to be accessible?

good room, excellent service

Walter was a great host with lots of tips for our trip to Venice. The apartment was in a great location with a 3 minute walk to a bus stop which took us to venice in 15 minutes. The room was clean and large enough for the two of us.

Everything was great but the mattress was a bit hard for use but that too is personal preference.

Exceptionally clean, a great welcome kit (water, cosmetics, slippers etc, even a toothbrush), coffee capsules restocked every day, a supermarket and a great restaurant nearby. Access to the kitchen so you can make a snack is very helpful, the hosts were very friendly and flexible about an earlier check in.

The area near the station is great if you want to get to all the tourists sights quickly but if you just want to rest it's not the best because it's very busy and can be noisy at night. I would recommend this place especially to travellers who want to have busy days and set out early to sightsee because it's so easy to get to Venice or even nearby cities like Verona for a day, but if you want to spend more time in the room I'd recommend somewhere not as central.
