It was clean and it has great location for mestre just 10mins bus to venece. Host was great and helpful.

No queen or king size bed. Despite it had private bathroom, it was not in the room and you need to pass the hallway in order to reach it.

The property has a very good location near to a bus line 15 station. It is spotlessly clean. The host, Valter is very kind, giving you all the infirmation you need for your stay. For sure I would rebook the property and will recommend it to my friends.

I really appreciate the cleanliness and order. We had a private room and bathroom, kitchen was available. It had everything what we needed, basically plates for small snack we had bought for late dinner. In the room, there was refrigerator, coffee machine, in bathroom slippers and stuff for shower.

Host was helpful eventhough English was patchy but we got by, gave us chocolates and pods for coffee and can use kitchen. The place is 5 minutes walk to bus stop that takes you to Venice where you can hop onto the venice ferries. Room had a TV but this is set up as a private home.

The price reflected what you will get.

It was a great choice. We could get to Venice in 10 min by bus, bus stop and shops are in 5 min from the place. It was clean, nicely furnished apartment, with fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Moreover, Walter gave us very useful advice about transportation and the city. Special thanks to him.

Great location, only 4 minutes from bus stop and 10 minutes from railway station from where you can easily get to Venice city. Also the owner was very helpful and friendly.

The location is convenient and the room is definitely worth the price. The host Walter is very kind and enthusiastic, help me with the trip and the knowledge of the city. Very good time staying there.

The heater is a little bit inefficient.

Great location at an affordable price. The place was clean and tidy, the room had everything you need. The owner was very helpful. There was a cosy kitchen next to the rooms. The surroundings were quiet and there was a bus stop nearby with regular buses to Venice. The hotel is easily accessible on foot from the station.
