100000/10. Location is perfect, the bus to Venice is around the corner and the train station is just a few blocks away. The room, bathroom and kitchen were all perfect, super clean and tidy, well decorated and with 5 star hotel details that made an exceptional stay. It is a residential area so its incredibly quiet at night. Walter is very nice and thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Venice. :)

Everything perfect and outstanding

The B&B offered the comfort of a private bathroom, which was a great plus. The room was very clean, with plenty of amenities, and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The host was extremely kind and helpful, even allowing us to leave the car in the parking lot for extra hours free of charge. Overall, a great experience that we would happily repeat.

An exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable spacious room. Walter was very kind, helpful and friendly throughout my 11 night stay. I would certainly stay there again. Excellent location for a short bus journey to Venice.

The owner is very kind and eager to help you with everything. He explained us how to get to Venice and how communication works. Very helpful! Localizatiom also very good, just a few minutes from bus station from where within 15 minutes you will get to Venice. Room clean.

Nothing everything was perfect

We chose this accommodation to visit Venice and avoid the crowds. The location was easily accessible, and we could park our car in a secure facility. The host was kind and helpful. I appreciated his flexibility.
