The appartment was really perfect for our stay, everything was super clean, Enrico was very helpul to all our questions! The house had everything we needed and the location very convinient, just next to the teatro Massimo, walking distance from every landmark! Even thought we were really in the city center, the noise was not a problem! The appartment is really beautiful and we got coffee, water and some snacks as a welcome basquet, also they had tourist information on the desk, cleaning products for washing our cloth what we really appreciated, everything was well equipment and we enjoyed the terrace too. We had a car, but Enrico booked for us a space in a parkig lot that is 1 block apart. You need to pay $20 per day but is worth it.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was super spacious and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The rooftop terrace was a lovely spot to unwind with a glass of wine. With two bathrooms, we never had to wait – a lifesaver for four girls! The host was great and always available, and the location in the heart of Palermo couldn't have been better for exploring. Highly recommend!

Honestly, there's nothing we didn't like about this place! Everything was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay with no issues at all.

Excellent location. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is very nice and fully equipped and has all the utensils. We loved the terrace—it’s lovely! What we liked the most about this apartment is that it was very tastefully decorated. Although we never had the opportunity to meet our host, Enrico, he was always available on WhatsApp. He was super helpful and gave us all kinds of suggestions as to where to eat and so on. His instructions as to how to get to the house and gain access to the apartment was very clear and extremely detailed. So, check in was a breeze. The apartment is located in the historic old town and is walking distance from many places of interest. We will definitely stay here again.

The steps are pretty steep and there’s no lift which is very typical in all old homes in Italy. Enrico had informed us about this beforehand. Although the kitchen and the living room are very well lit, the two bedrooms are dark which didn’t bother us.

The communication was very good. very easy instructions to find it and get in. Nice touches including a light breakfast and essentials. Good recommendations too. The flat was very spacious and a lovely roof terrace.

As others have noted it was noisy on the Saturday and Sunday night. There are bars and restaurants below with lots of noise until late. If this will bother you it is worth knowing (you could bring ear plugs). It didn’t keep our son awake so that was fine for us but it was louder than we expected.

The apartment is both quite tastefully and very functionally equipped. Vintage massive wood furniture, rustic terra cotta floors, a very pleasant terrace and tasteful decoration added a note of esthetic to our stay. There is practically everything to start you off - a complimentary breakfast, beveridges, fully equipped kitchen and even detergent. Not typical for the mediterranean countries, the bed was large enough and with a good quality materace. The fenestration is of a very good quality, providing insulation against the street noise. Both heating and AC available in all rooms and very well functioning. Both bedrooms have bathrooms. Great value for the money. The host Enrico is fluent in English and showed readiness to communicate and be of any assistance at any time even ahead of our stay, which is really rear and quite commendable. No question remained unanswered. We are really grateful. Last but not least, the streets of Palermo can look quite threatening in the late hours, but Via Orologio is well lit and busy, giving a certain degree of security.

Because of the central location, there is a night life going on till 3 am almost every night and the locals can be really noisy. The fenestration is of a very good quality, yet - bring ear plugs.
