GBFab location, beach was only 2 minutes away by car, and the dogs enjoyed the secure garden space outside The property was exceptionally clean and there was plenty of space for us and the dogs. We had a lovely stay and will be booking to come again!
Bathroom bin had not been emptied from previous guests (probably just an oversight as the bathroom was immaculate) No guest information book to tell you of local attractions/shops... we were unable to connect our mobiles to the wifi, there were no wine glasses and perhaps a guest welcome pack would be a nice touch? :)

GBThe only complaint was that one room the door handle fell off as I was gently closing the door. The other room smelt like maijuana had been smoked in there recently, despite us opening all the windows. The rest of the house was lovely.

GBThe cottage was in an excellent location for Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. It was perfect for us and was toddler friendly with a secure garden for her to play in. The standard of the entire property was excellent and very clean. It’s very close to the A55 but we didn’t mind as it acted as white noise when the windows were closed. You could tell a lot of thought was put in by the owners to make sure you have everything you need, down to all of the pots, pans and bowls you could need in the kitchen.
The only issue we had was the bed being really uncomfortable to the point where we didn’t get much sleep (despite our toddler sleeping through the night for the first time in a few months 🤦🏻♀️) The heating did come on randomly in the nigh a couple of times, but we could have easily asked the owners how to fix this.
GBThe house is stylish and modern and really homely. The TV set up was amazing and great for a movie night. Property was in a good location and near amenities and the beach.
Wasn’t aware how busy the express road was so more noise than I anticipated but not the fault of the property and my fault as I like to sleep with windows open.
