I liked the staff here. They are friendly and helpful as I was arriving late. Good breakfast, which set me up for the day. Safe location.

The room was spacious and the shower too was big, no shortage of hot water, bed comfortable. Absolutely value for money, in line with 4 star just that the deco is basic but the service is up there with the best. The breakfast is filling

As i was going for breakfast, the greeting from the staff lady was so passive, she then accused me of having an extra person sleep over in the room when I only booked for my toddler and I. I explained that only my son and I slept in the room. My brother just came to drop us off. She kept insisting, saying there's a car outside, and where did my brother sleep. I agreed, the car belongs to me and my brother is at my other brother's house. So that was really unnecessary. The facility should have checked their cctv instead of making their guest look dishonest. So that really hurt my feelings and made me want to shorten my stay. I couldn't get my refund so I slept One more night and got a credit for the last day which has to be redeemed in 3 months. The room also had a bit of ants , but having left and booked at a 4 star I experienced ants so I think the problem is everywhere 😅 I'd book again sometime in the future

Breakfast became boring. Was there for 5 days. I had to choose one protein. Unseasoned chicken sausage. Poor quality bacon and average beef patty with eggs and beans. Not bad for a short stay. Long term no. Day 1 you are met with lotions and shower gels that didn't get refilled and same with the tea and milk in your room. The pool had algae at the bottom

Breakfast is standard you have to try and do more. Rooms are perfect

The breakfast was the same for 4 days and the cereals must be a variety because I do not eat those that were provided
