Location was ideal for our purpose- hiking Scaffel

The timing of breakfast - not convenient for those who want to start a bit early

Breakfast available from 0630 M-F but only from 0800 on weekends. Ver disappointing as we had to leave by 0800. Notably inflexible on this issue unfortunately

The food was lovely

Friendly staff, food was good and a lovely garden overlooking the beach. Handy for the golf course

Lighting wasn’t great in the room and as it was a street facing room and had no net we had to close the curtains and put the big light on as the room was dark and the small bedside lamps were not bright enough. The bed was a 4ft6 divan and tiny my hisband is 6ft 1.The shower pressure was poor and very stiff to turn off. You had to hold the shower in your hand as couldn’t get it to tilt down.

The bed was really comfy with clean sheets. The staff were great, welcoming and friendly service. Location near the beach was good.

The damp on the walls and peeling paint wasn’t acceptable. The whole room shouldn’t have been let out due to the standard of it.

Gutes englisches Frühstück. Pub im Haus

Sonntagabend blieb die Küche kalt - wegen Sunday Roast vorher (hätten wir ahnen können). Könnte etwas aufgehübscht werden. Das nächste Mal würde ich ein Zimmen mit Meerblick bevorzugen.
