I liked that the owner was very friendly and accommodating, which made me feel welcome. The kitchen facility were clean and convenient, and the overall environment was comfortable. These aspects made my stay enjoyable.

Struggled to open the door to the room

The place is closer to several key places. Its compact.

1. There was no toilet paper. It only arrived on day 2.The gate has no sensor, Uber was scratched. 3. There are two ladies who are prostituting openly and the multiple clients arriving during the day made it awkward to sit on the verandah. One of the smoke weed, making the front area to smell. 4. No signing in was done. From a safety perspective this is worrying as the establishment does not verify who has checked in 5. Not being issued with a remote and always have to ask to be let out. It felt like we troubling the employee. Also when returning one has to wait to be let in which could be unsafe especially at night. 6. No shower Caddy to place one's shampoo, soap and any other items. 7. Our room had a damp and peeling paint which could be fixed, it just looked unsightly and scream we don't care. 8. The sheet on my bed had an ugly stain. This is totally unacceptable. 9. No plugs near the beds means you can only charge on top of the microwave. You also need to unplug one item to use the other. TV, microwave and kettle have one electrical point and you cannot boil water and reheat your food 10. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. 1. No bedside lamp. I would trade the cushions for bedside lamps, basic necessity over nice to have.
