BEDe staff is friendly and helpfull. They arranged a Ha Long Bay boattrip with great buffet at sharpest price. Thank you ! Also helpfull with finding a great car to Hai Phong airport. Rooms are spotless. Fascility near Sun World attraction parc. Breakfast is good, choise from menu. The owner even provided an umbrella when it was going to rain.

KZMy stay at Bai Tho Mountain Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was bright, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were kind and supportive, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in a great location—just a 10-minute walk from the beach. I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay😊
RUThe staff spoke English and helped a lot e.g. with renting a motorbike and booking the cars to Halong and back to Hanoi. They even gave us a room for us to take a shower on the last day before we went back to Hanoi, even though we had already checked out. The rooms are sparkling clean, the breakfasts are buffet.
