CAThe hotel manager went over and above to help me when I fell and needed to be taken to surgery. He was able to suggest a nearby hospital for my surgery. The emergency department was prepared to send me alone to Hanoi French Hospital.
Personality of the hotel keeper really shined through. Even before my injury he had attentively arrange a muses tour in a local museum with her daughter as a quiet.
