Baby cockroach in the bath! Would have liked basic cooking ingredients, such as salt and pepper, cooking oil

The accommodation is a lovely place thoughtfully designed, beautifully decorated, and overall comfortable.

The only downside was that while it’s perfect for a couple, we were three adults, and the extra sleeping arrangement wasn’t prepared when we arrived around 9 pm. It turned out to be a pull-out sofa with an air mattress, and we had to contact the host to find out where the bedding and mattress was stored. Setting it up ourselves and searching for sheets felt a bit unusual, as this isn’t something we’ve had to do in our travels before. Cleanliness was generally fine, but it could have been better we noticed some hair in a few places around the apartment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the space, but these details bring our rating to an 8/10.

The apartment itself was a good size and had good equipment - kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine. Location fine and access ok. Hosts didn't respond to check out question until the day

Some things could be improved. The blinds in the bedroom and sitting room (used as bed if you have more than 2 staying) are dreadful - they do not keep out the lights from the nearby buildings. Additionally in the bedroom there is a bright light from the water heater - situated in the cupboard but the door has slats. The aircon is quite noisy and the water heater as well.

The check out was unusually early 10am - it was not an issue for us but definitely may be considered to change if the property wishes to maintain their high rating

The apt is very cute. A great value and centrally located to downtown, restaurants, and shopping.

The window shade in the living room was missing. And there is a halfway house in the next block so there are many homeless walking in the area and lingering at the nearby grocery store.

Flat was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable, great amenities, easy location to get around SLC. The coded door entry was brilliant, didn’t have to worry about losing keys!
