"Good value for everything you get and great location"

Nice place good location and great in apartment facilities. Very helpful information in the booklet they provide and very helpful staff. Personal parking space in back of property. Walking distance to a very nice Smiths which is super convenient. They had free snacks and a bottle of wine when I got there. Full kitchen with utensils and everything. Coffee maker with coffee. Plenty of space for one or two and maybe even three guests to sleep.

Stayed over the weekend and the trash only gets picked up during weekdays. Big pothole in narrow driveway made it kind of annoying to drive to the parking. Easy to miss driveway.

"Great place to stay in Salt Lake City"

Cozy and cute place that has everything you need. It’s on the first floor and is a little subterranean but there is plenty of light from the windows. This place looks exactly like the pictures.

"Beautiful rental perfect location."

I travel a lot in the U.S. and Europe. This was the best accommodation I have stayed in. It was very clean. Beautifully decorated. Nice AC and comfortable bed, full kitchen, great shower. I loved staying there and if I am back in Salt Lake City, I will book it again. The owners are wonderful, responsive and obviously have a knack for this type of rental. I loved my stay. Thank you so much for everything.

There was nothing I disliked about this place.
